Sometimes I see the best stuff out of my office window.
An older gentleman, in a porkpie hat, khaki jacket, driving an old meter maid Cushman - zipping right along! Absolutely brilliant as far as I am concerned.
Between the above and the grandfather taking his grandson for a ride on the streetcar, I am feeling, shall I say, hopeful and upbeat.
