Tomorrow between 9:45am - noon and then again from 1:15pm - 2:30pm the skies over my town will be filled with the sound of the Blue Angels.
Then again on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
I have mixed feelings about the Blue Angels. But I have found that over the past few years I have started standing more on the side of I'm not so sure I like this, if for no other reason than it seems a horrific waste of energy and the noise...
No, I am not going to go into the symbolism of the whole thing.
