Ever have one of those days, weeks, months, freakin' lifetimes, where you feel like you are playing catch and release with your thoughts? Let's see a show of hands... thought so... well, I am having one of those days - thoughts swim into view, I see them briefly, they swim out of view... they are gone... sigh
